How we can help

Wherever you are right now.

If this is your second loss or more, please see your OB/GYN or a reproductive endocrinologist for a recurrent-loss evaluation — some causes deserve a medical workup first. We're here for the rest of the picture, whenever you're ready.

i

Physical recovery

Rebuilding iron, key nutrients, and hormonal balance after a loss, with care and without pressure to move faster than your body is ready to.

  • Nutrient rebuilding
  • Iron repletion
  • Cycle return
  • Hormonal re-regulation
ii

Recurrent loss support

Once a medical workup has ruled in or out the known causes, we work on the nutritional and inflammatory terrain that can still make a difference.

  • After 2+ losses
  • Working with your specialist
  • Inflammatory patterns
  • Clotting-adjacent nutrients
iii

Preparing to try again

When and if you're ready, we help rebuild the same preconception foundation — nutrient stores, cycle quality, stress physiology — with your history in mind.

  • Preconception readiness
  • Cycle quality
  • On your timeline
  • No pressure
How we work together

Care that doesn't rush you.

I

Listen

A 60-minute conversation, held gently, covering your history, your current state, and what you need right now — not what a timeline says you should need.

II

Assess

Nutrient and hormonal markers where useful, always in coordination with any workup your physician has already done.

III

Compose

A protocol focused on rebuilding reserves and readiness — reviewed and adjusted as your own timeline unfolds.

Modalities

Tools we reach for.

Botanical Medicine

Gentle, traditional formulations to support recovery, chosen with particular care if you're hoping to try again.

Nutritional Guidance

Iron, B-vitamin, and anti-inflammatory nutrition to help rebuild what a loss depletes.

Functional Assessment

Nutrient and hormonal markers reviewed alongside, not in place of, your physician's workup.

Lifestyle Medicine

Rest, stress reduction, and gentle movement, paced to where you actually are.

Questions, answered.

How soon after a loss can we begin?

+
Whenever you're ready — physically and emotionally. Some clients begin within weeks; others wait months. There's no correct timeline, and we follow yours.

I've had two miscarriages. Do I need testing?

+
After two or more losses, please see your OB/GYN or a reproductive endocrinologist for a recurrent-loss workup — there are specific medical causes worth ruling out. We're glad to support the nutritional and hormonal terrain alongside that evaluation.

Is this a substitute for grief counseling or therapy?

+
No. We work with the physical and nutritional side of recovery. If you're navigating grief, we'll always encourage — never discourage — support from a therapist or counselor alongside our work.

Can this help us prepare to try again?

+
Yes. Much of this work centers on rebuilding nutrient reserves and hormonal readiness in your own time, whether that's in a month or a year.
