Area of Focus · III

The quiet systems that run everything.

Thyroid, adrenal, pancreatic — the endocrine system governs energy, weight, mood, sleep, and repair. When it drifts, the whole body feels it. Our work restores the signal, not just the number on the lab.

Conditions we support

What we work with.

Each concern below is approached as part of a larger hormonal, nutritional, and lifestyle picture. Protocols are composed individually and revised as the body responds.

i

Thyroid Function Support

Subclinical, Hashimoto's, conversion issues, and the many patterns that slip past standard testing. We look at the full panel and the terrain it sits in.

  • TSH / T4 / T3

  • Conversion
  • Reverse T3

Blood Sugar & Insulin Resistance

From prediabetes patterns and insulin resistance to everyday blood sugar swings — deeply responsive to nutritional, botanical, and lifestyle intervention.

  • Fasting glucose
  • HbA1c
  • Post-meal crashes
  • Cravings

iii

Weight Loss

Approached as a byproduct of metabolic health, not a standalone goal. When the endocrine system is supported, the body tends to find its own weight.

  • Stubborn weight
  • Plateaus
  • Body composition
  • Inflammation

iv

Adrenal Fatigue

The long-term cost of sustained stress — patterns of cortisol dysregulation that the body genuinely does recover from, with the right time and inputs.

  • Burnout
  • Wired-tired
  • Salt cravings
  • Flat mornings

How we work together

A measured path from intake to integration.

I

Listen

Sixty minutes on your full history — cycles, births, losses, contraceptive history, symptoms other providers rushed past.

II

Assess

Functional review of labs, cycle tracking, and the patterns in your daily life — sleep, stress, nutrition, movement.

III

Compose

A written protocol built for your body and your life — botanical formulations, nutrition, and targeted lifestyle adjustments.

Modalities

Tools of the practice.

Botanical Medicine

Tinctures, teas, and traditional herbal formulations — composed individually, never from a shelf.

Clinical Nutrition

Targeted nutrient support and food-as-medicine strategies tailored to cycle, season, and constitution.

Functional Assessment

Interpretation of conventional and functional labs to uncover the patterns behind symptoms.

Lifestyle Medicine

Sleep, stress, circadian rhythm, and movement — the quiet levers that shift hormonal health most.

Questions, answered.

My thyroid labs came back "normal" — can you still help?

+
Often yes. Many thyroid patterns that produce clear symptoms don't yet meet conventional treatment thresholds. We look at the full picture, not just TSH.

Do I need to go gluten-free or follow a strict diet?

+
Not categorically. Nutritional strategy is individualized — we don't prescribe a protocol diet by default.

Can this replace my medication?

+
We never advise stopping prescribed medication. Our work is complementary and pursued in coordination with your prescribing provider.

How long before I feel better?

+
Most clients notice meaningful shifts in energy, sleep, and appetite within 4–8 weeks. Deeper endocrine restoration takes longer and is absolutely worth the patience.
