Women's Health

Preparing the body, not just the calendar.

Trying to conceive can turn your body into something you're monitoring rather than living in. We focus on what's genuinely within reach — cycle quality, nutrient stores, and hormonal readiness — on its own or as a foundation underneath fertility treatment.

Where we focus

The 90-day window.

Eggs and sperm both mature over roughly three months, which means the preparation that matters most often starts well before an embryo exists.

i

Preconception foundations

Nutrient stores — folate, B12, iron, vitamin D, omega-3s — built up deliberately in the months before trying, not scrambled together after a positive test.

  • Nutrient status
  • Folate & B12
  • Vitamin D
  • Omega-3s
ii

Unexplained infertility

When every test comes back "normal" and there's still no explanation, we look at the areas standard fertility workups don't always cover — thyroid nuance, inflammation, and stress physiology.

  • Normal labs, no answer
  • Subclinical thyroid
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Cortisol patterns
iii

Egg quality & ovarian reserve

Egg quality is genuinely responsive to the months leading up to conception — oxidative stress, blood sugar stability, and targeted nutrient support all play a measurable role.

  • Diminished ovarian reserve
  • Oxidative stress
  • Blood sugar swings
  • Age-related concerns
iv

Alongside fertility treatment

IUI and IVF protocols address the clinical side. We address the nutritional and lifestyle terrain running alongside them — a common, complementary pairing.

  • IUI support
  • IVF support
  • Stress management
  • Cycle timing
How we work together

A foundation, built deliberately.

I

Listen

A 60-minute history of your cycle, any prior fertility workups, current treatment (if any), and both partners' health where relevant.

II

Assess

Review of existing fertility labs, plus functional nutrient and hormonal markers where they'd add useful information.

III

Compose

A preconception protocol — nutrition, targeted botanical support, and stress physiology — built to run alongside whatever treatment path you've chosen.

Modalities

Tools we reach for.

Botanical Medicine

Traditional preconception-supportive formulations, reviewed carefully against any fertility medications you're using.

Nutritional Guidance

Egg-quality and blood-sugar-supportive nutrition built around the specific nutrients preconception research points to.

Functional Assessment

Interpretation of existing fertility labs alongside functional nutrient and thyroid markers.

Lifestyle Medicine

Stress physiology and sleep — both measurably tied to cycle quality and outcomes.

Questions, answered.

We're in an IVF or IUI cycle. Can natural support help alongside it?

+
Yes, we focus on supporting your nutrient status to improve cycle quality. We work alongside your reproductive endocrinologist's protocol.

How long before we should expect to conceive?

+
We can't promise conception — no one honestly can. What we can do is give the body a genuinely well-prepared foundation over a realistic 90-day window, which is roughly how long it takes eggs and sperm to mature.

Do I need to see a fertility specialist first?

+
If you're over 35 and it's been six months, or under 35 and it's been a year, without conceiving, please see a reproductive endocrinologist for a full workup — we're glad to support you alongside that care.

Should my partner be involved too?

+
Whenever possible, yes. Roughly half of infertility involves a male-factor component, and preconception preparation works best as a shared effort.
