An important note first

Where this fits alongside your care.

Diagnosis and disease-modifying treatment for autoimmune conditions stay with your rheumatologist or specialist. What we address is the terrain around your diagnosis.

i

Diagnosed autoimmune conditions

Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Hashimoto's, and similar conditions — we support the surrounding terrain alongside your medical diagnosis.

  • Lupus
  • Hashimoto's
  • Psoriasis
ii

Flare patterns

Identifying dietary, stress, and lifestyle triggers that seem to precede flares, without replacing your treatment plan.

  • Flare triggers
  • Dietary patterns
  • Stress correlation
  • Symptom tracking
iii

Gut & immune terrain

Gut permeability and microbial balance are closely tied to immune regulation — genuinely useful, complementary territory.

  • Microbial balance
  • Food triggers
  • Mucosal health
How we work together

A measured path from intake to integration.

I

Listen

Sixty minutes on your diagnosis, current treatment, flare patterns, and diet.

II

Assess

Functional review of inflammatory and gut-health markers, interpreted alongside your existing diagnostic picture.

III

Compose

A protocol addressing triggers and terrain, coordinated with your rheumatologist's treatment plan.

Modalities

Tools we reach for.

Botanical Medicine

Traditional anti-inflammatory formulations, reviewed carefully for interaction with immunosuppressant medication.

Nutritional Guidance

Anti-inflammatory and elimination-style nutrition to identify and reduce dietary triggers.

Functional Assessment

Interpretation of inflammatory and gut-health markers alongside your existing diagnosis.

Lifestyle Medicine

Stress and sleep management — both directly tied to immune regulation and flare frequency.

Questions, answered.

I have RA or lupus and take DMARDs or biologics. Can you still help?

+
We never suggest stopping, reducing, or adjusting immunosuppressant, DMARD, or biologic medication — that decision stays entirely with you and your rheumatologist. We support the inflammatory and nutritional terrain alongside your treatment.

Can this replace my rheumatologist?

+
Autoimmune disease requires ongoing medical monitoring. This work is a complement to that care, not a substitute for it.

I don't have a formal autoimmune diagnosis, but I suspect something's wrong. What now?

+
A physician's evaluation, including appropriate bloodwork, is the right first step for a suspected autoimmune condition. We're glad to support the terrain alongside that process.

What do you mean by "the terrain"?

+
Gut permeability, nutrient status, stress physiology, and dietary triggers all influence how active an autoimmune pattern is day to day — that's the terrain we work with, separate from disease management itself.
