Men's Health

It's rarely just testosterone.

Fatigue, low drive, stubborn weight, a shorter fuse than usual — these get filed under "getting older" more often than they should. The male endocrine system is a conversation between testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, and thyroid, and it rewards being looked at as a whole.

How it shows up

One system, four hormones.

We assess testosterone alongside estrogen, cortisol, and thyroid — and the metabolic terrain of sleep, insulin sensitivity, and body composition that governs all four.

i

Energy & drive

A drive — for work, for intimacy, for the gym — that's noticeably lower than your baseline.

  • Low energy
  • Reduced drive
  • Afternoon crashes
  • Unrefreshing sleep
ii

Body composition

Muscle that's harder to build or keep, and weight — especially around the midsection — that resists the usual approach.

  • Weight gain
  • Reduced muscle mass
  • Slower recovery
  • Insulin resistance
iii

Mood & cognition

Irritability, flatness, or a mental fog that feels unlike you — hormonal shifts touch the same systems as mood and focus.

  • Irritability
  • Low motivation
  • Brain fog
  • Flat mood
iv

Sleep & stress

Cortisol and testosterone move in opposite directions under chronic stress — one of the most common, and most fixable, drivers we see.

  • Wired-but-tired
  • Poor sleep quality
  • High perceived stress
  • Waking unrested
How we work together

A measured path from intake to integration.

I

Listen

Sixty minutes on your full history — energy, sleep, stress load, training, diet, and the symptoms other providers rushed past.

II

Assess

Functional review of any existing labs and the daily patterns — sleep, stress, training load, nutrition — that shape hormonal output.

III

Compose

A written protocol built for your body and your life — botanical formulations, nutrition, and targeted lifestyle adjustments.

Modalities

Tools we reach for.

Botanical Medicine

Adaptogenic and endocrine-supportive herbal formulations, composed for your specific pattern.

Nutritional Guidance

Micronutrient and blood-sugar strategies that directly influence hormone production.

Functional Assessment

Interpretation of hormonal, metabolic, and thyroid patterns — the full picture, not one number.

Lifestyle Medicine

Sleep architecture, training load, and stress management — often the fastest lever available.

Questions, answered.

Can I keep seeing my doctor while we work together?

+
Yes, and we encourage it. We don't diagnose or prescribe. Our work addresses the nutritional, metabolic, and lifestyle terrain around hormonal health, alongside any medical care or treatment you're already receiving.

Do I need bloodwork before starting?

+
Not necessarily, though it often helps. When testing would sharpen the picture, we point you toward direct-access lab options you can complete without a separate physician referral, then review the pattern together.

I'm already on a prescribed hormone therapy. Can you still help?

+
Yes. We work with the terrain around your prescribed treatment — sleep, stress, insulin sensitivity, nutrient status — rather than in place of it. Any changes to medication stay between you and your prescribing provider.

How long before I notice a difference?

+
Many clients notice shifts in energy and sleep within four to six weeks. Hormonal terrain takes longer to rebuild — three to six months is a reasonable horizon for more complete change.
