Here is where it all begins, your journey to health. At this appointment I gather your health history and issues that concern you. From there, we follow up shortly with a tailored made health protocol that I designed just for you all included in the initial price.

After your first two initial appointments, together we will continue your health journey. I will review your progress, make any necessary changes to your protocol, perform lab work, review food & exercise logs, provide eating plans, recipes and more.

Acute Consultation
This is designed for clients that want quick solutions to acute health concerns such as colds, flus, injuries, or for pre and post surgical care including oral surgery.
